I need some slow fashion inspiratio...yes please :)

I need some slow fashion inspiration as well - although since a lot of friends have been moving (a long explanation that isn't as sad as it sounds) they've donated a lot of their clothes, which is kinda neat, because they are often things I wouldn't have been confident enough to purchase for myself. And they're free! I love trading clothes with friends :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4063350805363518779.post-58365161076663073572010-09-01T16:00:01.968-07:002010-09-01T16:00:01.968-07:00Annie, are those the cutoffs you wore to the kids&...Annie, are those the cutoffs you wore to the kids' party? I thought they were really cute! I noticed them at the time. I should see if I have any jeans I can cut off!Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18210405270646804275noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4063350805363518779.post-31835446273691893402010-09-01T15:32:31.966-07:002010-09-01T15:32:31.966-07:00This is brilliant! I've also been taking old t-shirts and cutting them into cute bathing suite cover-ups. Now both of those are no-sew projects because my machine is broken and I'm too lazy to fix it. *snicker*

Also we should hit up a bunch of the used clothing stores in Costa Mesa. There are so many great ones.Anniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07384437429434126716noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4063350805363518779.post-43783187433430069152010-09-01T12:35:52.316-07:002010-09-01T12:35:52.316-07:00Virginia...shoes would be hard. If you're talking handmade even down to underwear, there is a cute Colette Pattern for that.

Hi Amanda! I'm glad to "see" you out here, not just in the anthro group. :)Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18210405270646804275noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4063350805363518779.post-85469701414236030372010-09-01T11:40:06.385-07:002010-09-01T11:40:06.385-07:00Hi Amy. Please share your sewn stuff, too! I think most, if not all, knitters are inspired by all kinds of fiber arts. I'd love to see what you've done, and thanks for sharing!Amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12395067412496260300noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4063350805363518779.post-3859363101201854212010-08-31T19:20:56.920-07:002010-08-31T19:20:56.920-07:00YES! But I could probably barter for them, right?Virginia Ghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18211432405256644102noreply@blogger.com
